上海船员培训中心简介
Shanghai Seafarers Training Center上海船员培训中心（以下简称"中心"）是1984年由交通部批准成立的，由当时的上海海监局、上海远洋运输公司、上海海运局及船研所等有关人员组成领导小组及工作班子，上海海事大学代交通部管理，是中国海事局认可的船员教育与培训机构。"中心"主任由上海海事大学提名，现为上海海事大学副院长高德毅同志兼任。十八年来，在交通部及上海海事局的指导下，"中心"承担了大量的海船船员的培训工作。据统计，已培训船长、驾驶员、轮机长、轮机员近二万名，并开展各种船舶业务培训达几万人次。 "中心"目前已成为中国最大的船员培训基地，船员考前培训人数最多，港监考试合格率名列前茅，船员培训的声誉已蜚声海内外。"中心"还分别通过了DNV的质量认证及交通部海事局的质量体系审核。"中心"将依靠其质量方针和成功经验继续致力于船员培训和教育。 联系电话：58855200-4805或58855200-4818 Shanghai Seafarers Training Center was established in 1984 under the approval of the Ministry of Communications, P. R. China, and operated by Shanghai Maritime University on behalf of the Ministry, supported by a group of experts from Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration, Shanghai Ocean Shipping Company, Shanghai Shipping Group, and the Institute of Ship Research. It is an authorized organ of the Maritime Safety Administration, P. R. China, providing the education and training for seafarers, chaired by Professor. Gao deyi, the Vice-President of SMU. Over the past 18 years, the center has dedicated to the education and training of seafarers under the supervision of the Ministry and MSA Shanghai and has achieved great success. Statistics shows that nearly twenty thousand of trainees were trained to be competent mariners as captains, deck officers, chief engineers and engineer officers, and that thousands of people were trained through various shout courses. The center, which is the largest seafarers training base in China enjoys high reputation for its quality training through the mechanism of the quality system accredited and certified by DNV and the Maritime Safety Administration, P. R. China. It has been ranking first for many years in terms of the number of trainees and the ratio passing national exams for seafarers. Moreover, it is becoming a professional training center well-known at home and abroad.
